WL chorus to hold first rehearsal tonight

The West Linn Community Chorus will hold its first rehearsal for its holiday concert at 7 p.m. today at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 19200 Willamette Drive in West Linn.

Rehearsals will be held weekly thereafter at 7 p.m. at the church. Performances occur in early December.

Under the direction of Tina Paradiso, the chorus performs two concerts each year and is made up of volunteer singers from all over the Portland metro area. No auditions are required. Those interested in joining the chorus are invited to attend its first two rehearsals. The singer’s fee is $60 for the holiday concert season.
