ARRESTS, CITATIONS

11/10 4:30 p.m., Clackamas County Jail served West Linn Municipal Court warrant on Emily Catherine Ashby, 26, for charges of harassment.

11/11 8:23 a.m.; Bill D. Fasching, 55, was cited and released on one count of criminal treatment, first degree.

11/12 1:33 p.m.; Thara Kumbeno Memory, 32, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for first degree unlawful sexual penetration.

11/12 1:45 p.m.; Adan Gutierrez, 37, was transported to Clackamas County Jail for driving while suspended.

11/14 2:58 a.m.; Elbert Elber Heine, 37, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for driving while suspended, a misdemeanor.

11/16 1:31 a.m.; Richard Lee Healon, 27, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for parole violation.


TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

11/10 6:48 a.m., A non-injury four-car traffic accident occurred at I-205 and 10th Street.

11/12 7:52 p.m.; Officers were asked to check on a non-injury accident with a vehicle and a deer on Rosemont and Wilda roads.

11/13 8:42 a.m.; A multi-car accident occurred on I-205 at exit 10.

11/13 3:52 p.m.; A woman’s vehicle was hit in the parking lot of the West Linn Public Library.

OF INTOXICANTS

11/10 3:43 p.m.; Brian Scott Sowers, 33, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

11/10 10:57 p.m.; Joshua P. Dieckhoff, 27, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

11/14 12:35 a.m.; John Charles Parke, 46, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

THEFTS

11/10 10:37 a.m.; A theft was reported on Sunburst Terrace.

11/12 4:24 p.m.; A wallet was taken on Walling Way.

11/13 9:44 p.m.; A possible in-process burglary was reported on Springtree Lane. Turns out it was a power surged that frightened the homeowner when she was entering the home.


FRAUD

11/14 2:52 p.m.; A 16-year-old’s I.D. was used for a mail fraud “cash this check and send us money” scam.

11/14 4:10 p.m.; A woman received calls about her personal information.


LIFE IN WEST LINN

11/10 8:17 a.m.; A suspicious carpet-layer’s van was parked at Kapteyns Street and Valley View Drive.

11/10 12:43 p.m.; A vehicle on Upper Midhill Drive was egged and TP’d. There was no damage and no suspects. The caller just wanted police to be aware.

11/10 2:37 p.m.; A young child without a helmet was riding a green motorbike up and down Ponderosa Loop.

11/10 3:49 p.m.; A landlord reported that ex-tenants left the house with holes in the wall and paint poured on the floor.

11/10 4:42 p.m.; A Tanner Creek Park storage building was tagged.

11/11 12:21 a.m.; A verbal domestic dispute resulted in a loud slamming of doors. The male left for the night.

11/11 12:47 p.m.; Something was taped to the front door of an apartment in Country Gardens. Resident thought it might be related to ongoing harassment from her 18-year-old daughter’s friends.

11/11 4:36 p.m.; A father asked police for advice on how to deal with his 21-year-old son who is addicted to oxycontin.

11/11 4:46 p.m.; Officers investigated a white Mustang parked on Chelan Drive. All was okay.

11/11 6:35 p.m.; A subject was sitting on the sidewalk and said “What’s up folks?” to the caller’s daughter. This made the girl uncomfortable.
