Equipment problems triggered a power outage over the weekend, cutting electricity to some 2,800 West Linn homes.
The outage occurred at about 9:40 p.m. Friday, according to Portland General Electric. A company representative said most customers saw power restored about an hour later.
But for about 200 residents, the lights didn’t come back on until Saturday morning.
Another brief outage was reported Saturday night, lasting an hour or two and affecting about 100 customers, according to PGE. That problem was also attributed to issues with equipment.
