Authorities recently filed reports on the following incidents:


ARRESTS, CITATIONS

11/16 9:05 a.m.; Donovan Eugene Fairley, 37, was lodged at Washington County Jail on a West Linn Municipal Court Warrant for a traffic offense.

11/20 10:07 p.m.; Zachary Philip Ritz, 19, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for assaulting a public safety officer.

11/22 2:32 a.m.; Maiken Miriam Martin, 40, was housed at Clackamas County Jail for harassment.

11/23 11:35 p.m.; William Travis Dillon, 23, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail for failure to appear and failure to report as a sex offender.


TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

11/19 3:54 a.m.; A woman was forced to spin out when cut off by a subject on a Honda motorcycle.

11/20 6:04 a.m.; A non-injury traffic accident occurred in the Safeway parking lot.

11/20 10:19 a.m.; A hit-and-run, non-injury accident occurred at the Kindercare on Lazy River Drive.

11/20 2:40 p.m.; A non-injury traffic accident was reported at Tanner Springs Assisted Living.

11/20 3:59 p.m.; A two or three car non-injury traffic accident was reported at I-205 and Hwy. 43.

11/20 4:42 p.m.; A two-vehicle, non-injury traffic accident occurred at Burns Street and Willamette Drive.

11/21 8:13 p.m.; Three vehicles were hit by something while driving through the intersection at Salamo Road and Vista Ridge Drive.

11/22 12:32 p.m.; A hit-and-run, non-injury accident occurred in the 1700 block of 19th Street.

11/21 2:45 a.m.; A possible drunk driver in a gray ’79 Mercedes was reported on I-205 at Stafford Road.

11/22 12:08 a.m.; Joshua Fredrick Vern Boling, 26, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII, reckless driving.


THEFTS

11/16 5:33 a.m.; A blue ’88 Toyota 4Runner was stolen from the 14000 block of N.W. Cornell Road.

11/16 2:52 p.m.; A man was told by his neighbor that his vehicle had been stolen. A blue ’87 Toyota pickup was last seen at 1553 10th Street.

11/20 12:58 p.m.; A woman reported that jewelry was stolen by her ex-husband.

11/22 8:55 a.m.; The passenger front window was smashed out of a black Mercedes. Nothing was missing.

11/23 8:04 a.m.; Tools, a backpack and a redwood bear were stolen from a Ford Ranger on Summerlinn Drive.

11/23 9:46 a.m.; A wallet was stolen at Willamette Coffee.

11/23 5:05 p.m.; A ’93 silver Toyota Camry was reportedly stolen from the 19000 block of Robin Circle.


FRAUD

11/19 9:36 p.m.; A woman reported fraud on her checking account.


LIFE IN WEST LINN

11/16 6:30 a.m.; When the Shell station on Willamette Drive opened, attendants found an unattended car parked at pump No. 2. It seems it was out of gas.

11/16 9:18 a.m.; Thomas Scott Bartol, 33, of 22825 Willamette Drive, registered as a sex offender.

11/16 1:25 p.m.; Damage to two vehicle tires occurred at the Lynn Oaks Apartments.

11/16 3:47 p.m.; A woman returned to her home to find her garage door locked. Officers found no sign of forced entry.

11/16 4:40 p.m.; A swerving driver unable to maintain a lane was reported on I-205 at Hwy. 43. Turns out the driver was having a sneezing attack.

11/16 7:02 p.m.; A sex offense was reported on 5th Avenue.

11/17 7:59 a.m.; A woman who was unable to contact her husband and his brother for an hour thought something might be wrong.

11/17 3:10 p.m.; Loud music was reported on Old River Drive. Officers determined the noise was not excessive.

11/17 5:29 p.m.; Officers were called again to the house on Old River Road regarding loud music. All was quiet on their arrival.
